Oscar is married with 2 teenage daughters, and Perth Real Estate is safely in the family’s blood – Bek (Oscar’s Wife) runs Dedicated Property Management, Oscar D’Souza Snr left a reputable legacy and footprint on the Perth Real Estate landscape.

Professionally, Oscar has been involved in all areas of Real Estate over his 30 year career. A Licensed Valuer of 25 years, Oscar is known for his approachable personality, personable demeanour and building relationships with both Sellers and Buyers that result in ALL PARTIES achieving their Real Estate goals.

Outside of Real Estate, Oscar has held seats on both Community and Business Boards, and has excelled in building trusted relationships with all clients he deals with.
